Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I am deeply concerned about your worries.

What you are describing could be related to a few things, like migraines, inner ear issues (like vestibular problems), or even sleep-related conditions.

The “sinking” feeling before sleep and nausea may also point to anxiety or a disturbance in your sleep cycle. Since you are having regular migraines and dizziness, it is important to see a doctor, preferably a pediatric neurologist, who can check for causes and guide treatment. You are not alone, and there are ways to feel better with the right help.

Treatment will depend on the exact cause, so it is important to see a doctor, ideally a pediatrician or neurologist, for a proper evaluation.

In the meantime, staying well-hydrated, maintaining a regular sleep schedule, and avoiding triggers like screen time before bed, skipped meals, or certain foods can help reduce symptoms.

If migraines are confirmed, a doctor may recommend pain relief medications like Paracetamol or Ibuprofen, and in some cases, preventive medication if the migraines are frequent or severe.

I hope this is clear, and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask.

Do follow up whenever needed.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you.
