Hello doctor,

I got Milia two months back near my nose, which I accidentally scratched and it became a watery bump later. I took some tablets to heal it and it eventually disappeared. Recently, I got a few milia near my lips and I think it is getting worse and becoming red.

1. Apply Clindamycin clear gel at daytime for two weeks.

2. Wash your face with Cetaphil cleanser or Aquaderm cleanser twice daily in the morning and evening for two weeks.

3. Apply Cerave moisturizer after cleansing.

4. Tablet Antoxid HC once daily after dinner for 30 days.

5. Apply Acnesol A nano gel at night for two weeks.

6. Do not pop pimples.

7. Avoid stress.

8. Avoid skin products that sting or burn on application.

9. Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun.

10. Use Photostable sunscreen or Acne UV Sunscreen 30 min before going outdoors.

11. Avoid oily greasy cosmetic products use.

12. Eat a diet rich in antioxidants, zinc, vitamins A and C.

13. Avoid oily, spicy, and junk food.

14. Stay hydrated.
