Had Positive Pregnancy test & then bled heavily. Was it indicates miscarriage?

Sorry to hear about that and it sounds like a miscarriage. That day when urine was tested, mostly the second line was not as dark as the first. It means the hormone level was not high enough. Once you have heavy bleeding, it means the inner lining of the uterus has gone, and so pregnancy cannot stay on.
