Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

As I understand it, you are experiencing some concerning symptoms. We recognize that this can be difficult to manage, and we want to offer our support.

Based on your symptoms of vaginal swelling, odor, and right hip pain, you may have pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). This condition is sometimes caused by sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

Here is what you should know:

  1. The only way to check for pelvic inflammatory disease, test for possible infections, and ensure there are no other serious issues is through an in-person physical examination, a pregnancy test, and testing for infections.

  2. Please schedule an in-person examination as soon as possible, ideally within the next one to two days.

  • If you develop fevers (high body temperature), chills, severe pain, or new abdominal pain (pain in your stomach area), you should go to the emergency room immediately. These symptoms could indicate a more serious condition, and timely treatment is important.

  • Since you have missed your period, it is important to be evaluated in person and undergo testing for possible pregnancy.

  • You can start with an at-home pregnancy test, but it is still essential to be seen and checked by a healthcare provider, even if the result of the home pregnancy test is negative.

  1. Again, we strongly recommend seeing a doctor in the next 24-48 hours, unless you begin experiencing the concerning symptoms mentioned above (such as worsening pain, new pain, fever, or chills).

  2. For concerning symptoms, go to urgent care or the emergency room for care.

  • You will likely be prescribed medication based on the doctor’s findings regarding the cause of your symptoms and whether you are pregnant or not.

Please contact us again to update us within the next 48 hours.

I hope this helps.

Kindly revert so I can assist you further.

Thank you.
