I have a mole at the bottom of my stomach. Is it serious?

But because this is round and evenly distributed and has no irregular borders. So you need not worry. It looks like it is a benign lesion. It is not progressive in nature, because it has been almost the same for two years. So the chances of malignancy are very low.

You should look for various danger signs, such as bleeding, ulceration, or any rapid growth. Loose skin around the lesion is due to its location on the stomach, and it is also due to friction.

Currently, we need to do a dermoscopic examination and biopsy of the lesion (in case of doubt, we can do a punch or excisional biopsy of the lesion).

As far as cosmetic concerns go, there and reach the final diagnosis. The options to remove this lesion are Lasers, which is the best option. As you mentioned, you are taking Fluoextine, but that is totally safe and has nothing to do with this mole.
