Hi,

Welcome back to Icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

I have reviewed the given images (attachments removed to protect patient privacy). It seems your daughter is having Beau lines. Single-nail involvement is usually due to some trauma or compulsive picking or tearing of nails. There is nothing significant and need not worry. I suggest she avoid picking the nails if she has the habit. You give her tablet Biotee (Biotin)10 mg half a tablet once daily for two weeks. Consult your doctor and take medicines accordingly.

I hope this information will help you.

Please revert in case of further queries.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
