Hello doctor,
I have been feeling like I have jumpy bouncy vision when I try to focus, and whenever I gaze my eyes left or right and hold them, I get a weird sensation in my head. I have had a couple of clinical appointments where they tested me for nystagmus and it has not shown up in a clinical setting but when I am at home, and I record my eyes, I do notice them move around from side to side, especially when I am watching television, on the computer or walking around and gazing. In the appointment I just had they performed the Dix-Hallpike maneuver, head thrust, and post-head shake pursuit. Why would nothing show in the clinical setting, but I am noticing it otherwise? I also have keratoconus in my right eye, which is about 20/35 with a contact in and 20/20 in my left eye. Kindly provide your insight.

Is it possible for anxiety to cause any of these symptoms? I feel that when I become anxious about all of this, my dizziness or vertigo is heightened. Kindly provide your insight.
