Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have a question. I do not know why whenever I finish exercising, after 30 minutes, I have a headache that starts on the left side of my head and my body starts shaking. Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for writing and I can understand your concern.

Actually, this might be due to a lack of water and food intake. Because when we exercise, our body needs more protein and glucose. Protein and glucose come from foods like juices, milk, eggs, vegetables, and fruits. So, if you are dieting along with doing exercises, then your symptoms could be due to this. I suggest you consume a very healthy diet and drink juice after you exercise. Let me know whether you are dieting. Since when have been you doing exercises?

Kindly let me know so that I can prescribe medicines accordingly.

Thank you.

The Probable causes

The probable cause could be dehydration.

Differential diagnosis

The differential diagnosis could be weakness.

Probable diagnosis

The probable diagnosis is headache.

Preventive measures

I suggest you drink plenty of fluids after exercising, and take food in good amounts.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
