My uterus is retroverted, measuring approximately 2.8 x 1.2 x 1.7 inches, with a normal contour and a homogeneous myometrial echopattern. The endometrium is hyperechoic and intact, measuring about 0.3 inches. A hypoechoic mass measuring approximately 1.2 x 1.2 inches is noted on the posterior body of the uterus. The right ovary is enlarged, with a cystic lesion measuring about 1.7 x 1.9 inches. The left ovary is also enlarged, with two smaller cystic lesions measuring approximately 1.2 x 0.7 inches and 0.6 x 0.6 inches, respectively.

What would be the best option for this? Will I still be able to conceive?
