Patient's Query
Hello doctor, I am a 21 year old male. My penis bends to the left and downwards when erect. I do not have any pain, but with some sexual partners, I experience pain. My question is, is there something I can do without visiting a doctor? Please suggest.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I read your query and can understand your concern.
There are multiple reasons for having a bend in the penis.
It can be due to a short frenulum. Share pictures of an erect penis (side and below) for diagnosis. Surgical management is the cure.
It can be due to phimosis. Share pictures of the erect penis side and the foreskin retracted picture. Surgical management is the cure.
It can be due to Peyronie's disease which occurs due to a scar inside the penis muscle. You need to do a Doppler scan to diagnose. If you have pain during sex, you can take the tablet Zerodol P (Paracetamol and Aceclofenac) as a temporary solution. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with him/her, and take medication accordingly.
I hope this helps.
Thank you and take care.
