How to increase the penile length?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

My age is 20 years, and my weight is around 160.94 pounds. My height is about 5.09 feet. I want to increase the length of my penis. This problem has been around since my childhood; it gets erected only when I touch it; otherwise, it does not. Please suggest a way to overcome this problem.

Please help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and understood your concern.

Penis size varies from person to person, but on average is as below:

  1. Flaccid length: 2.5 to 4 inches.
  2. Erect length: 4.5 to 6.5 inches.
  3. Average girth (diameter): Around one inch.

The following can help to increase the length of the penis:

Surgical procedures (permanent enlargement):

  1. Suspensory ligament release (ligamentolysis).
  2. Fat or dermal grafting for girth enhancement.
  3. Hyaluronic acid fillers.
  4. Penile implants (for erectile dysfunction and size concerns).

Non-surgical methods (may offer some benefits):

  1. Penis extenders (traction devices).
  2. Vacuum pumps (temporary swelling).

Methods that do not work (despite popular claims):

  1. Jelqing exercises.
  2. Herbal supplements and enlargement pills.
  3. Ointments and enlargement oils.
  4. Magnetic or electric stimulation devices.

I hope this has helped you.

Kindly follow up if you have more doubts.

Thank you.
