Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have been having problems with my penis and spasm in the lower part of my stomach during masturbation. I used to masturbate 5 times a day. What could be the reason for the discomfort?

Kindly help.

Answered by Dr. Rajesh Jain

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query.

It seems to be due to excessive masturbation habits causing friction injuries to the urethra, penile glans, and foreskin. Alone medicines will not work permanently. I suggest you to follow a few instructions mentioned below.

  1. Avoid all sexual activities including masturbation for a few weeks to rejuvenate your urogenital system.
  2. Do perineal and pelvic exercises or do yoga and pranayam regularly.
  3. Go for walks regularly.
  4. Eat flax seeds, and dry fruits regularly.
  5. Take a capsule of Tentex Royal (Vathada) twice daily.
  6. Take tablet Riconia-G (micronutrients and ginseng extract) once daily for 12 weeks.

Kindly consult a specialist, talk to them, and take medications with their consent.

I hope this has helped you. Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
