Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am experiencing difficulty in removing the penis pump after using it. When I did manage to remove it, my penis appeared disfigured, but I experienced no pain. Should I seek further medical assistance, or can I wait a day or so to see if my penis returns to normal?
Kindly help.
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health care.
I can understand your concern.
If there is no pain, and you are also able to place the prepuce skin back on the glans, there's nothing to worry about. Swelling can be seen, for which I suggest taking an anti-inflammatory tablet like Chymoral forte (a combination of trypsin and chymotrypsin) thrice a day, which may help reduce edema. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with them, and take the medicines with their consent.
Hope I have clarified your query.
Thank you.
Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
Thank you for the reply.
Do I need a prescription for Chymoral forte? Is there an over-the-counter anti-inflammatory available if I do not have a prescription?
Hello,
Welcome back to icliniq.com
According to application policies, they forbid us from writing prescriptions for overseas patients. Depending on the country you stay in, you can ask for anti-inflammatory drugs containing Chymotrypsin, Bombesin, Trypsin, or Serratiopeptidase. They can be taken twice a day for a week.
I hope this has helped you. Please feel free to reach me again, in case of further queries.
Thank you.
