Hello doctor,
I am experiencing difficulty in removing the penis pump after using it. When I did manage to remove it, my penis appeared disfigured, but I experienced no pain. Should I seek further medical assistance, or can I wait a day or so to see if my penis returns to normal?

Swelling can be seen, for which I suggest taking an anti-inflammatory tablet like Chymoral forte (a combination of trypsin and chymotrypsin) thrice a day, which may help reduce edema.
