I am 18 years old. In recent years, I ignored using toothpaste, resulting in extreme conditions for my teeth. One of my single teeth is badly injured. I suffered from intense pain for 15 days, three months ago. I consulted a nearby doctor, and the pain cleared. However, after 15 days, a pimple-like swelling appeared on the gum of that tooth. This resulted in pain and swelling of my cheek. My tooth is half broken. I have attached an image. What is the problem with my tooth? Earlier, the dentist also applied temporary fillings, but they lasted only ten days. One side wall of my tooth is not present (damaged), and there is also damage near the center.
