Can I continue having ayurvedic Churna for piles even when I do not have it?

You can use Anuloma churna (Ptychotis ajowan, Cuminum cyminum, Terminalia chebula, and Glycyrrhiza glabra) daily but only at night. One spoon of the powder mixed with one glass of warm water. Have you consulted an ayurvedic doctor and got examined? An ayurvedic doctor will do the procedure called Kshara sutra, where they will tie the alkaline thread to the piles, and it will necrose the pile, and it will fall off on its own. I would suggest you visit your nearest ayurvedic proctologist and get this done. Also, you should improve your digestion and bowel movements to avoid piles permanently. If you have constipation, take Anuloma choorna or Avipattikara choorna (amla, behada, black pepper, cardamom, clove, ginger, haritaki, Indian bay leaf, and long pepper) everyday mixed with one glass of warm water before going to bed. It will help to ease your bowel movement, and prevent hemorrhoids.
