Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

My boyfriend has been watching nudes for the last few days regularly and also masturbated twice during this. Now he is facing a problem of excessive precum. Even when he is not thinking about sex or anything similar, there is some liquid. Kindly suggest and clear my doubt if this problem would cause any other major issues such as premature ejaculation or others.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read your query and understand your concern about your symptoms. What you feel is called precum, pre-ejaculatory fluid (PEF). It is a normal secretion that comes before you ejaculate so sperm can travel smoothly and get out of the penis. If no or reduced PEF, fewer chances of pregnancy. You can control the episodes of PEF by controlling your erotic feelings. Methods to control erotic feelings are:

• Sex education.

• Physical exercises.

• Sleep adjustment.

• Quality of sleep.

• Healthy and balanced diet.

• Programming for leisure time.

• Development of spirituality.

• Taking a cold bath.

I hope you find this helpful. Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
