How to overcome early ejaculation and poor erection?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

My weight is 138 pounds, and my height is 5.8 feet. I have been suffering from premature ejaculation (less than 20 seconds), and I have a poor erection. I have been stressed about this.

Please help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern about your symptoms.

Many reasons for premature ejaculation include:

  1. Stressful work like night duties and 24-hour jobs.
  2. Diabetes, hypertension, and thyroid issues affect premature ejaculation. Keeping your blood sugar, blood pressure, and thyroid hormones under control will help you.
  3. Long-term medication related to hypertension and antipsychotic medications.
  4. Frequent masturbation or prone masturbation.
  5. Excess porn.
  6. Receiving less foreplay from a partner or lack of knowledge regarding foreplay and female masturbation.
  7. Having an affair gives you a guilty feeling.
  8. Lack of exercise and obesity.

I suggest you check FBS (fasting blood sugar) or PPBS (post-prandial blood sugar) to rule out diabetes. Check your BP (blood pressure) and free T3, T4, and TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone) to rule out thyroid issues. Also, I suggest you use tablet Dapoxetine 30 mg as a temporary solution.

Natural methods for your problems:

  1. To increase the foreplay duration during sex, women should receive 15 to 20 minutes of foreplay, and men should receive 10 to 15 minutes of foreplay for a good blood supply to the penis for a long and hard erection.
  2. Foreplay should be relaxed. Your partner should learn to give foreplay in a way you do not ejaculate and enjoy.
  3. You can try relaxing music. Delayed condoms can help you.
  4. Inserting the penis into the vagina is not everything in sex. Sex is not a race, and duration does not mean your partner is happy.
  5. Love your partner, learn about female masturbation, and give your partner an orgasm or allow her to climax.

I hope this helps you.

Revert in case of queries.

Regards.
