Hello doctor,

I am concerned about my daughter, who is 21 years old, and her psoriasis exploded during her first pregnancy. She is 28 weeks pregnant, and her whole body looks like a bad sunburn. Her doctor stopped her psoriasis medicines (Adalimumab) when she got pregnant, and everything went downhill. Her belly is covered in these thick patches. The ankles are swollen and painful. She can barely walk, and her blood pressure is 142/88 mmHg. Please provide safe options for pregnant women.
