Hello doctor,
I need urgent advice. My psoriatic arthritis (PSA) has flared up badly since starting my new construction job. My hands are so stiff that I can barely hold tools, and yesterday my knees locked up on the scaffold (which was dangerous). The steroid shots helped, but only for about two weeks. My skin is also a mess. I have scales everywhere. My wife bought me some expensive creams, but they burn like crazy. At 43, I feel like I am taking more pills than my grandpa!
The Methotrexate makes me sick every weekend. My boss is getting frustrated with my sick days. Is disability leave an option? I have also noticed some weird eye problems could; that be related?
