Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Kindly share a picture of the affected area (attachments removed to protect the patient’s identity) .If unprotected sexual intercourse has occurred, consideration should be given to the possibility of a sexually transmitted infection (STI). In such cases, the following tests are recommended:

  1. TPHA (Treponema Pallidum Hemagglutination)

  2. HPV DNA PCR test(Human Papillomavirus DNA Polymerase Chain Reaction)

  3. Herpes simplex virus (HSV) one and two IgG

  4. Herpes simplex virus(HSV) one and two IgM, Serum

  5. Chlamydia trachomatis IgG

  6. HIV one and two antibodies snd screening test

  7. HbsAg(hepatitis B surface Aantigen)

  8. Urine complete

If an sexually transmitted infectionis are ruled out, and the symptoms suggest a simple bacterial infection, you can consider the following treatment:

  1. Use ointment Mupirocin (T Bact )for local application.

  2. Take Doxycycline (Doxy) 100mg twice a day for five days.

If itching is a concern, it may indicate a fungal infection, and you can use the following:

  1. Ointment Candid B (Clotrimazole )for local application

  2. Tab Cetzin (Cetirizine ()once a night for itching relief

Additionally, maintaining proper hygiene is crucial by following below instructions:

  1. Wash your genital area twice a day, both in the morning and at night.

  2. Use normal-temperature water; avoid using extremely hot or cold water.

  3. Avoid using strong, pH-altering soaps.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.
