I have noticed some discomfort and small sores or rashes on the right side of my vulva, which occurred after rough masturbation, and previously the same occurred after vigorous scratching during the summer.

What could be the cause of these symptoms, and do you have any recommendations for addressing them?

From the images (attachments removed to protect the patient’s identity) that you have shared, you seem to be having vulvovaginitis due to infection. This can occur due to many reasons. Since you masturbate, it can also cause injury and make your vulva prone to infection. I recommend you take antibiotics and antihistamines with ointment to cure this condition. I shall recommend the tablet Metronidazole 400 mg, two times a day for three days.

Also, take the tablet Levocetirizine 5 mg two times a day for three days, and also use the ointment Clotrimazole with Beclomethasone combination and apply it over the affected part for seven days, twice a day.
