Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am a 25-year-old female and my weight is 103 pounds. I am experiencing symptoms like vomiting, itching, and stomach pain. Can RPOC happen even after one year of abortion? If possible then how can it be removed? Please advise me to take some medicine for this and also tell me how to take it and for how long. I have 0.6-inch RPOC in the lower uterus on my left side. Because of this, I have not got a period for one year. Please help.
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I can understand your concern. RPOC (retained products of conception) can occur even after a year of abortion. I would suggest you consult with a healthcare professional to determine the best course of action for removal. Medication may be an option, such as Misoprostol, which helps to expel the remaining tissue. The dosage and duration of medication will depend on your specific situation and should be determined by a medical expert.
I hope this helps you.
Thank you.
Regards.
