Do I have ringworm if my facial mark and rash persist?

Hello doctor,

I suspect that I have a ringworm fungal infection on my face. I used Noxa cream to treat it, but the mark or scar is still visible. In addition, I have noticed a rash on my leg and my back, with only two spots appearing so far. These symptoms have been present for almost three weeks.

Regarding my medical history, I am not aware of having similar issues in the past and most likely have not had this problem before.

Please help.
