Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

For months, I felt uninspired to use the treadmill. It was indicated two months ago that other preoccupations were keeping me from exercising. As a result, I began to work out. However, after two months, I can only walk at a sluggish pace for a short period. My muscles inform me if I walk more the next day. My vitamin D, CBC, salt, potassium, and magnesium levels are all extremely common. I do not have any respiratory issues. But it has to be a muscular problem. Can you suggest a reason and treatment?

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I reviewed your files (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity) and found no biological cause for your weariness. Do you feel weary in your daily life, not only when you exercise? Do you get enough sleep? Is your hydration sufficient, as proper hydration is essential for muscular health? Are there any other symptoms than weariness, such as sadness or generalized body pains? I would be pleased to follow up with more information.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor.

My muscles are strong enough that I can get up from a sitting posture without assistance, and none of the other options you indicated are present. I experience dispersed body aches after exercising for a bit longer. Please consider a solution to the problem.

Please help.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Reduce your tea or coffee intake, do frequent yoga, and stick to a rigorous sleep schedule. Given the probability of chronic fatigue syndrome, a brief trial with antidepressants can be undertaken. If none of these measures work, a physical visit to a neurologist is recommended.

I hope this helps.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
