Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

However, you have not mentioned your marital status, duration since marriage, number of children, level of education, or profession, as these details are very important to me.

You have mentioned that you want to increase your sex time. I think you may be experiencing the problem of early ejaculation (premature ejaculation). In most cases, early ejaculation depends on our mental state. If you are an anxious type of person, these kinds of problems often occur. So, most of the time it happens secondary to anxiety features.

First, you need to control your anxiety symptoms by practicing relaxation techniques and breathing exercises.

Second, you can start some exercises for premature ejaculation (ejaculation on little stimulation), like the "start-stop technique." In this technique, whenever you urinate, just after starting, you stop your urination for three to four seconds and then release again. Repeat this three to four times whenever you go to the toilet. You will feel improvement.

Also, sex is a process between two people, so both partners should always be involved in therapy. Ask your wife to help distract your mind whenever you are about to reach climax. This will also increase the duration. Keep in mind that most of the time, the first ejaculation happens early, and the second one lasts longer naturally.

If the above methods do not work for you, I would suggest a very short-acting medicine like Dapoxetine 30 mg (milligrams), to be taken 1 to 1.5 hours before intercourse. This will help increase the duration.

I hope you are satisfied with my answer. For further queries, you can consult me at iCliniq.

Thank you.
