Dapoxetine is an antidepressant drug that has been found to be helpful in treating premature ejaculation. It belongs to the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) group of drugs. Some of the common side effects are lower sex drive, nausea, headache, increase weight, and weakness.
