Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am 26 years old and my penis size is four inches and about two inches wide. How to increase my penis size? Any tablet, oil, or cream. My wife is not satisfied with my sex time. Please suggest some treatment.
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
Penis size can only be increased if there is low testosterone. The size of a penis varies from 3.5 inches to 5.5 inches on erection, your penis is within this range of erection. In pornographic films they show a big penis by injecting drugs which is harmful, so most people have wrong ideas about penis size. Quick discharge or premature ejaculation is very common and is usually not associated with any disease but may be due to anxiety, sometimes however there may be problems with the prostate gland and thyroid hormone. Most often it is a chronic problem and you have to take medicines off and on. Also, there are exercises to control it.
You can learn to control quick discharge by doing this exercise- pull your muscles that you pull at the end of urination for a few seconds then release and repeat this several times daily. Another is the stop-start technique: when you feel that you are going to ejaculate, stop the sexual stimulation and divert your mind. The penis will relax, and after some time start the stimulation again and repeat the procedure. Over a few months, you will gradually increase your ejaculation time. Also, there are medicines to treat it but cannot be prescribed online. I hope you find this helpful.
Thank you.
