Sinus Discharge

Sinus discharge comprises the fluid coming out of one's nose that originally gets produced inside the sinuses. We have hollow spaces filled with air called sinuses inside the skull, placed around the nose and forehead. When the mucosal lining of the sinuses gets inflamed as in a case of sinusitis, they start producing mucus. It can be thin and clear to thick and greenish depending on the level of inflammation. And gets discharged via the nose or throat.
