Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I read your query and understood your concern.
I have gone through the details provided from your end, and I do understand your concern. As you have not mentioned your skin type, I will give you an idea of the different skin types and the best skincare routine that would be ideal for each skin type. There are mainly three skin types which include:

Kindly follow the above products, skin care routine, and details to help maintain good skin based on your skin type. With respect to the harmful effects of sunlight or you re the harmful effects of sunlight or UV (ultraviolet) rays, which lead to skin pigmentation, skin damage, skin sensitivity, and so on, it is very essential to use physical protection while going out. Additionally, sunscreen is very important to protect you from UV rays. I suggest you choose the sunscreen based on your skin type, as mentioned above. Sunscreen needs to be used every two to three hours on all the exposed areas from nine to five o'clock. If outdoors, sunscreen needs to be applied at least 20 minutes before going out, as every sunscreen needs an activation time of 20 minutes.
I hope this has helped you. Kindly follow up if you have more doubts.
Thank you.
