Please help.

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I went through your query and understood your concern.

Follow an appropriate skincare routine. I suggest you follow the instructions mentioned below.

1. Wash your face with a gentle cleanser twice daily in the morning and evening.

2. Use water-based or ceramide-based moisturizer after cleansing.

3. Use photostable sunscreen half an hour before going outdoors in the sun.

4. Eat a diet rich in antioxidants, zinc, vitamin A, and Vitamin C, as well as omega-3 fatty acids.

5. Stay hydrated.

6. Avoid direct sunlight.

7. Use necessary sun protection measures.

I hope it helps.

Thanks and regards.
