What is the best treatment for terminal cancer?

Hi doctor,

My cousin, aged 31, has been given a terminal cancer diagnosis, and the family is completely shattered.

Can a 31-year-old terminal cancer patient still experience unexpected miracles in treatment?
Are there any clinical trials or experimental therapies he could still qualify for?

We refuse to believe there are no options left and need honest guidance from a specialist who has seen such cases before.
