Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am 20-years-old and experiencing a mild burning sensation in my right lumbar region, along with mild, irritating pain in my right testicle. Could this be related to liver or kidney issues? I have undergone a sonography, which showed no abnormalities, but the symptoms persist. What could be the cause?
Please advise.
Thank you.

I read your query and can understand your concern.
I am sorry to hear about your medical condition, but I am glad you are being proactive and paying attention to changes in your body. Do not worry, I am here to support you. This condition is not related to the kidneys or liver.
To further evaluate your condition, please undergo an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) of the spine and share the results with me. In the meantime, I recommend the following treatment to help manage your symptoms:
Please feel free to reach out if you have any further concerns or questions by scheduling a direct appointment or following up via chat, phone, or video consultation.
