Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I am a 43-year-old man experiencing a tingling and pricking sensation all over my arms and legs for the past three months. The discomfort is becoming increasingly intolerable, and I find temporary relief by applying ice to the affected areas. However, I am eager to know more effective long-term treatment options. Can you help me know the potential treatments for my symptoms? Are there specific medications, therapies, or lifestyle changes that could alleviate or manage these symptoms? Please help.
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I can understand your concern. It seems to be due to a deficiency of vitamins, lack of exercise, and lack of proper sleep. I would suggest you follow the following steps:
1 Do yoga and pranayam regularly.
2 Go for a walk regularly.
3 Take more salads and fruits.
4 Check your blood pressure and blood sugar levels.
5 Take Mecobalamin tablets per day for six weeks.
6 Take tablets of calcium and vitamin D, twice a day for six weeks.
Kindly follow up after seven days.
I hope this helps you.
Thanks.
Regards.
