Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have itchy and swollen eyes. It happened after I used an electric nail grinder on my toenail fungus. Can you prescribe antifungal eye drops? Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Please explain your systemic condition. Are you diabetic or hypertensive? I request you to share a picture of your eyes and toenail. Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for the reply,

I am not diabetic or hypertensive. I have a pollen allergy which causes itchy nose, but it is not the season now. I have eczema, but it does not bother me right now. I have a feeling of sand in my eyes. Please help.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern. Your eyes seem to be very much dried which is why you are having all these symptoms. Drink lots of water as your ocular skin seems to be very loose. Use lubricant eye drops every two hours. You can also use lubricant eye ointment at night. You will have symptomatic relief. I hope your queries are resolved and any further queries are welcome.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
