Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Actually, I want to know something about my skin. In my armpits area, there is some kind of infection like I do not really know what that is but it looks like an infection and my sweat and sweat odor is due to that particular infection. Now I am describing the infection I used to wax my armpits and there is something that grows over my armpit hair a yellowish something and if I try to remove whatever the thing is, it gets out of the hair in powdered form. At first, I thought it as a fungal infection. I used a serum to remove fungus but nothing happened. It does not hurt but only if I use hair removal cream in the area.
