Hello doctor,
I have had vaginal itching and pain for the last two years. My vagina is itching, painful, and remains wet with a vaginal discharge sometimes like curd and sometimes gelly with the smell. It's been two years and I have taken different medications for the same no improvement. There is a temporary improvement. I have consulted so many doctors, gynecologists, skin specialists, and others. I have also tried Triphala churna and Pushyanug churna. I am still facing the issue kindly help me, it has been two years now I have been suffering from this. Kindly suggest.

I have read your query and understand your concern. It seems to be due to mixed infection there. Are you Sexually active? Have you checked your blood sugar levels, and urine? Reply with details. It will help me suggest something better. Meanwhile, follow:
Clean the vagina with vaginal wash regularly.
Put Clingen (Clindamycin and Clotrimazole) vaginal tablets inside one every day for three days.
Take a capsule Itraconazole (Sucrose and Maize starch) 200 mg once a day.
Tablet Metrogyl ER (Metronidazole) twice a day.
Capsule Doxt SL (Doxycycline and Lactobacillus sporogenes) twice a day on the first day and once daily from the second day onwards.
Tablet Bilastine (Magnesium stearate and Cellulose carboxymethyl starch sodium type A) once a day.
All for seven days. do follow up after seven days, with reports so we can try to clear it completely. I hope you find this helpful. Thank you.
