Hi doctor,

Thanks for the reply.

So the vaginal opening has some fleshy projections. I was sexually active six months ago. There are no symptoms like pain discharge or bleeding. Not sure how to exactly describe. They are not projections but something like hanging flesh or tissues. But it does not look normal.

I can understand your concern.

I can understand if you were sexually active there is a possibility of HSV (herpes simplex virus) type 2 so what you are describing is vaginal warts. Do not worry I assure you that the symptoms will disappear, I will advise you to use the following.

  1. Imiquimod cream at night for two to three months.

  2. Podophyllin and Podofilox for up to four weeks.

  3. Tablet Acyclovir 400 mg (milligrams) two times a day for two weeks.

I hope after taking these medications you will see changes but it may take four weeks.
