How to treat an eyelid infection in an 8-month-old child?

My eight-month-old daughter has an infection on her eyelid. She has it for months. I was prescribed Tobrex but it helped a little. The eyelid is not healed completely. I took her to the emergency, visited my family doctor and opthalmologist. Still, we are referred to other doctors only. I feel like something should be done sooner. Please help.

I have distorted vision while tilting my head. Can this be a side effect of Lasik surgery?
Hello doctor,
I see a distorted vision for the past one year. I see distorted shapes, especially when I tilt my head. Ten months ago, I visited my eye doctor. He did a dilated eye exam and said my eyes are normal. But I still see distortions. I had a lasik ten years ago. I can see clearly, but I also see distortions of the shape of things. Please help.

I have lots of afterimages and visual trailing. Could it be due to dry eyes?
Hello doctor,
Can dry eyes cause afterimages and visual trails? I have a history of non-allergic rhinitis and dry eyes astigmatism. I have been having lots of after images, mostly negative, sometimes positive but only very brief. Also, having visual trailing, but only when I am not staring directly at the object in motion, is in my vision, and I am looking past it. I am concerned this could be something sinister. I am currently taking Seretide inhaler and Ventolin inhaler.
