You have low hemoglobin and low T4 which meant you are having iron deficiency and your dose of Thyronorm is low although TSH is normal. Ideally, when TSH is normal T3 and T4 has to be normal but in your case, you need to be investigated for secondary hypothyroidism by doing a pitutary profile. For the time being, I suggest you increase the dose to 75 mcg Thyronorm.
