Hello, Welcome to icliniq.com. The scans are suggestive of a systemic disorder rather than a focal lesion, and they perfectly correlate with your symptoms. Please send your ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate) levels. I hope this helps. Please revert in case of further queries.
Hello,Welcome to icliniq.com.By the clinical images you sent (attachment removed to protect patient identity), I can understand the degree of the inflammatory response in your body tissues and concerns associated with it.I am unable to access your radiology images and would request you to reload them.If you are on any medications, and if not, I would recommend consulting a rheumatologist at the earliest, please, as timely treatment can reverse the damage and prevent irreparable tissue changes, especially in the lungs (fibrosis).I am waiting for your prompt response.
Hi, Welcome to icliniq.com. Sure, you can upload your scan with a proper history. Also, mention the areas of concern and re-evaluation regarding which aspect of the scan you want to know. That would ultimately benefit you. Thank you.
Hello, Welcome to icliniq.com. The MRI findings are suggestive of benign intracranial hypertension and these also correlate well with your symptoms. In the scan provided, no obvious defect is seen in either of the cribriform plates. The CT angiogram is within normal limits. But still, if you have rhinorrhea (a runny nose) then the possibility of CSF leak needs to be ruled out accurately using CT cisternography scan.
Hi, Welcome to icliniq.com. Please give your queries and concerns on pointwise. So that, I can answer them for you. I will point out the abnormalities present in the scan soon..
Hi, Welcome to icliniq.com. All your symptoms fit into changes concerned with the liver parenchymal disease with associated varices and enzyme deficiencies rather than rectal cancer. However, on observing your MRI (attachment removed to protect patient identity), I could deduce- There is no rectal or bowel wall thickening in the visualized bowel. No lymph nodes to deduce any metastatic disease. Right tunica vaginalis hydrocele with right varicocele is present.
Hello, Welcome to icliniq.com. I understand your concern. I have seen the reports (attachments removed to protect the patient's identity). The reports do not show any neoplastic lung nodules. However, tiny nodules can occur due to infections that resolve with time.
Hi, Welcome to icliniq.com. Shortness of breath can occur secondary to postpartum anemia and is interrelated. However, bruising of the arm and stomach may indicate underlying coagulopathy or embolic phenomena secondary to deep vein thrombosis. On observations in the contrast CT scan attached as above (attachment removed to protect patient identity) - No obvious intraluminal filling defects are seen in the aorta and its branches. The pulmonary artery and its branches are also well opacified.
Hi, Welcome to icliniq.com. I can see that there is fullness on the right side of the neck in the picture. In the CT scan images (attachment removed to protect patient identity) I find there are few lymph nodes on the sides of your neck but probably because of the small size, your report does not mention it. The fullness is likely due to the lymph nodes in my opinion. There are subcentimeter nodules in the left lobe of thyroid.
Hello, Welcome to icliniq.com. I understand your concern. Your MRI shows (attachment removed to protect patient identity) tubercular arthritis involving both hip joints, with more extensive disease on the right than left. It is associated with synovial thickening and joint space reduction; however, extensive cartilage erosions are not mentioned. At this imaging stage, we need to wait until the infection resolves, and then, in the healing stage, we have to consider regenerative treatments.
