I did not take sugar pills in the 28 pills birth control pack for a week. What to do?

Hi doctor,

I am taking birth control pills, and I have a 28 pack. After three weeks of white pills and one week of sugar pills, I stopped taking sugar pills for a week. What do I do to continue taking sugar pills? Can I just continue taking them, or else shall I take sugar pills two weeks in a row? Can I have your advice? Can I get pregnant after putting my hand inside my vagina after giving a hand job?

Hello doctor,

I gave a man a hand job and got some semen on my fingers. About 10 minutes later, I went to the bathroom and inserted my finger into my vagina to check the vaginal mucus and determine if I was ovulating. Would it be possible for any sperm to have survived on my hand after the 10 minutes (there was no moisture) and impregnated me? Please advise.

Is labor induction necessary as my cervix did not thin out at 38 weeks?

Hello doctor,

I am 28 years old. I got pregnant after ten months from my last delivery. I have delivered a baby girl, which was a normal delivery. It has been 38 weeks, the doctor said my baby did not fix his head, but the baby is in the normal position for a natural birth. She said my cervix did not thin out yet. So we have to go for induction or C-section.
