What causes growth in the scrotum with white discharge?

Can you tell me what this growth on my scrotum is and possible treatment options? It popped out about nine months ago and has been of the same size for seven months. It squishes out some white stuff every morning. All my vitals are normal, and I am healthy. I put some iodine on it after I squeeze out a small amount of white pus every morning. Thanks.

How to treat red, flaky skin on the side of the nose?

I have questions concerning the skin on my face. The skin next to both sides of my nose gets red and flaky with dry skin. It is itchy and appears often. I do not scratch it, and I have used shea butter and aloe vera. It helps a little bit, but so far still the same condition exists. I have been smoking occasionally for a few years and never had a problem. I stopped about three weeks ago due to a problem to see if the irritation is due to my smoking, but it is not getting better. What could cause a large growth on the toe?

I have a large growth on my fourth left toe and have had two opinions, NHS referral for squamous cell carcinoma and pyogenic granuloma. The photographs look like neither. But it is sore, weeping, smelly, and honestly, the word cancer has me scared to death. I did not notice it at first, but then I had blood in my sock and on the bed. Please help.
