I get bloody semen with clots and pain in my right testicle. What is my problem?

Hello,Welcome to icliniq.com.Hematospermia (blood in semen) is fairly common. Generally it is not considered as a sinister sign. There is a whole list of possibilities for this theoretically, but once we ensure it is not due to a sinister cause and rule out treatable causes, like infections, we do not go beyond that, as it will not affect the management. Sinister causes mainly prostate and testicular cancers.

Why I am not able to acheive full erection?

Hello,Welcome to icliniq.com.I would like to know a few information about your general health. Is ED present all the time or noticing association with anything particular? Do you take any medications in general or anything for ED? The most common cause for ED in your age is psychological. Any undue stress in life? Any family history of medical problems diabetes, cholesterol, etc? Do you have a partner? Any change in partner recently? Any relevance you notice either this? Also, I am not very sure what blue balls exactly describe. But seeing that you have had an ultrasound of scrotum, I think it is unrelated to ED.

My penis is 6.1 inches on erection. Is it considered as small penis?

Hello, Welcome to icliniq.com. Measurements of the penis size of yours are actually completely normal. In fact, the measurements you have given are exactly the average quoted in literature. Also to note it is more common for men with average size penis to worry more than men with actual small size penis. Bear in mind when professional measure it will always be more than what men measure themselves, the reason being the root/crux of the penis is far inside than people normally think, which probably means it is probably longer than the international average.

I am getting a few drops of blood at the end of urination without pain. Is it a concerning issue?

Hello, Welcome to icliniq.com. You have not mentioned your age which is key. It looks like you are doing urethral milking which is usually adviced for post-void dribble. I suspect it is because of your age, which would mean you are above 50 at least. Anyway, blood per urethra is not normal and needs further evaluation.

I have Crohn's disease for a long period. Will it cause ED and PE?

Hello, Welcome to icliniq.com. You have mentioned ED (erectile dysfunction) and PE (premature ejaculation). No details of medications tried so far. Can you elaborate on this? Testosterone only indicates sexual drive, which you have not mentioned as a problem. So that being normal rules out nothing.
