What are the main causes of tonsil stones?

Hello, Welcome to icliniq.com. I have gone through your query, and I can understand your concern. Bad breath is a condition caused by many factors, and chronic tonsillitis or tonsil infection is one of them. Tonsillitis, over some time, can lead to tonsilloliths (tonsil stones). I would advise you to make an appointment with your nearest dentist and then with the ENT (ear, nose, and throat) specialist to eliminate any other cause.

Can immediate denture over an implant post-month be done?

Hello, Welcome to icliniq.com. I have been through your query, and I can understand your concern. Regarding weight loss with respect to the dental implants, I do not see any reason from your query that could lead to weight loss. Dental implants do not lead to weight loss. However, what I could comprehend from your query is that you have been thinking too much about the weight loss due to implants, which has set in the anxiety complex in you.

I have severe pain after wisdom teeth removal. Why?

Hello, Welcome to icliniq.com. Post-extraction pain for the injury site is normal for a couple of days. The pain, if it persists after 3 to 4 days, can be due to many reasons, including some infections also. It may be due to the large unhealed wound because the third molar generally requires a surgical intervention, or it may be because of a dry socket (but that is highly unlikely, as you mentioned you have followed the instructions properly, but it cannot be ruled out completely). I would like you to have a visit to the same dentist for the said tooth socket in order to rule out ay other cause.

Why is there a swelling at the site of wisdom tooth removal?

Hello, Welcome to icliniq.com. I have been through your query and I can understand your concern. Post-extraction swelling is normal as the tissues require a conducive environment for healing. Normally, an extraction site shows almost complete healing after 21 days, provided you do not have any negative habits like smoking and have followed the instructions perfectly. In your case, it seems there was surgical removal of the tooth, which requires an incision, bone cutting, and sutures.
