Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
I am an 18-year-old female with a wobbly adult tooth. I weigh 127.87 pounds, and my height is 5 feet 7 inches. What should I do about the adult wobbly moving tooth?
Please advise.
Thank you.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I understand your concern.
It seems that you have a mobile tooth due to bone loss. Please do an IOPA (intraoral periapical radiograph) of the involved tooth.
The treatment plan for the mobile tooth will depend on the degree of mobility. If it is highly mobile, then it needs to be removed. However, if it is slightly mobile, there are other treatment modalities where a tooth can be saved. There needs to be more information than you have provided to come to a particular diagnosis.
I suggest you take a radiograph of the tooth and send that image to me so I can assess the condition and come to a particular diagnosis and treatment plan. I further suggest you visit the dentist.
I hope that you get your answer.
Please let me know if you need any help.
Thank you.
