How to manage stutter while speaking?

I am 21 years old and I stutter while speaking. When I was in school, I suffered from bullying from my friends in class for about two years, and my psychological state was very bad. I suffered from depression and fear, but I did not remember that I was stuttering. After that, my condition improved and became better. After about three or four years, I also suffered from bullying from students at school to the point that I sometimes cried in some situations. During these years in middle school, symptoms of stuttering began to appear little by little until I was 16 years old. Here I have become a stuttering person until now. I would like to add a note that I do not stutter when I am alone. I forgot to add the symptom of my stuttering, which is repeating a word, and sometimes the word gets stuck in my mouth and I cannot pronounce it. Currently, I have not been able to find a doctor. Can I treat myself at home or in my social environment? Please help.
