My calf muscle is tight and swollen. Can I continue my regular workout with it?

Hello doctor,

I am a 57-year-old male and presently not taking any medications. My right leg calf muscle is tight, swollen, itchy, and reddish towards the lower portion of the leg. I do not have pain. I noticed this development one week ago. Approximately two months back, I fell on the right-hand side of my body, and no fracture was noticed. I was administered painkillers for the same. Radiodiagnosis of the affected part was carried out today, and I have uploaded the reports for your reference. Kindly advise me on the future course of action. Can I continue with a moderate workout in the present state?

What precautions can be taken during pregnancy if mother is Rh-negative and ICT reports are positive?

Hi,

My 33-year-old wife is 30 weeks pregnant. This is her second pregnancy. Her blood group is B negative, and my blood group is O positive. However, her ICT test got positive (value 1:8). She has been taking medicine for ulcerative colitis for four years (Mesalazine 2400 mg daily). She is also taking calcium and iron tablets. She has normal pregnancy symptoms and normal test reports, but what treatment or precautions should be taken for ICT test reports? Please help, doctor.
