How to treat lactating mothers with sore throat and fever?
Hi doctor,
I am 25 years old. I am a breastfeeding mother for 6 months baby. I have a sore throat from yesterday and feel difficulty in swallowing with light fever but not continuous. Today my right eye is slightly reddish and I had a cough again but not continuous. Currently, I am taking Azithrol, Rantac, and Montec. These medicines were given to me while I had a cold before 1 month. Doctor said to continue it if I had further cold. I am frightened to go to doctor in this pandemic time. Please help.

HIV test negative for both partners. Other tests needed?
Hello doctor,
I did protected sex with a known lady two times, (65 days before and 36 days back). She has breast milk, I swallowed a couple of drops at that time. I felt fatigue, and a couple of bumps on the back of the neck after five days of second exposure.
I got tested HIV duo combo after 28 days of the second exposure. Both the antibody and antigen are non-reactive. On 36th day, I and that lady got tested with HIV spot test it is non-reactive for both. However, I can feel burning sensation on some parts of the sole of feet, and left palm. I am concerned about this, do I need to take any other tests? Please suggest.

Is a positive occult blood test suggestive of an STD?
Hello doctor,
I had intercourse last year, and I got sick like stomach pain and I lost eight to nine kilograms. I got scared. So I got HIV 1 and 2 tested for five times including hepatitis B and C, all came negative with duration time then, I got stool blood occult test because I got motion and stomach pain for more than eight months. I am feeling better but my stool occult blood test came positive three times, and my throat is a little sore and red for more seven months. I do not have any issues but it is a bit red. Doctor said may be it is due to allergy, but I am tensed, it may be herpes, syphilis or gonorrhea. Is it related to std? Please suggest.

I have a fever, cough, headache, and heavy body aches for the past few days. I am also suffering from two chronic diseases. I was under medication for Phenytoin for two years. I then consulted a doctor who advised me to stop Phenytoin and start sodium valproate immediately. I am taking salicylic acid scalp shampoo, along with Betamethasone, Beclomethasone, Clotrimazole, Ketoconazole, and Clobetasol for the same.
