What causes throat pain with a benign mass on the thyroid?

Occasionally, I have a dry cough and a tickle in the throat on the right side of the neck to my ears. My MRI showed a mass on the right side of the thyroid. I have done a fine needle aspiration. The result showed a benign soft tissue mass. It was taken before three months. Now I have a cough with a tickle in my throat. Occasionally, I have pain in my ears. Do I need to consult another doctor? I have a freeT4 of 1.29 pmol/L and TSH of 0.95 mIU/L.

A lot of thick white mucus at the back of my throat inhibits swallowing. What is the cause?

I am experiencing a lot of white mucus in the back of the throat for a year now. It inhibits swallowing and forcing me to hack it up and spit it out. This makes my voice scratchy. I do not have any other symptoms. I consulted an ENT doctor previously and he suggested me to take a proton pump inhibitor. But it did not help me.

Why is there a continuous ringing and sometimes pain in my right ear?
Hi doctor,
I am a student, and I am 23 years old. Five days ago, I had a severe vertigo feeling (severe headache, moderate fever, nausea, vomiting, loss of balance). This symptom started every evening, and after sleeping, I was totally fresh in the morning. Here, due to the corona pandemic, I could not go to the hospital. I have a chronic history of infection in this (right ear). I had no vertigo in the past. But have a history of fungal and pseudomonas infection. I was prescribed Otosporin a lot. Eardrum was fine according to previous diagnoses. I used a drop for two days feeling vertigo are not there now, but still, some dizziness is present. And there is a continuous ringing and sometimes pain and allergy in my right ear, and the left ear is fine.
