I have a swelling on the left side of my neck at the base of the jaw. It is sometimes more significant and other times smaller. I have a small pea size lump at the back of the right tonsil. It is the same color as the surrounding skin. For about six months, a strange tube-like sound is heard upon forced aspiration.

Hi doctor,
I need help addressing labyrinthitis. About a month ago, I was at soccer practice and heading the soccer ball a few times. A soccer ball actually hit me in the eye, and a few days later, I noticed floaters in the eye, but eventually, it went away. Then about two weeks ago, I listened to music, but it was too loud at first, and it aggravated my ears. I started feeling draining, clogged feelings, and discomfort in my ears a week later. So I decided to see my doctor. She said there was some fluid in my ears that was most likely in conjunction with allergies or a cold and said it was labyrinthitis. Is that I got labyrinthitis originally from using my head during soccer practices? Or is it from allergies? I am looking for answers because I am trying to avoid getting labyrinthitis anymore. This is the second time in 12 months I have been diagnosed, so I am not sure if it is chronic. The CT scan came back negative completely. Kindly give your opinion.

Why do I have a tiny enlargement on the left side of the neck after having cold?
Hi doctor,
I had a cold before fifteen days. When I was bathing, I felt a tiny enlargement on the left side of the neck. It was very tiny in the size of a half-sized pea. It was not visible and it is felt only when it is pressed. I got panic. So I visited the doctor and he told me that he does not feel anything. So, he gave me some antibiotics and it got disappeared after taking medicines. After twelve days, it became normal. During this period, I became anxious and got under stress. I used to check my neck and press my fingers on the parts of the neck on the left side where I felt the tiny node. When I lifting up on the right side, I was able to feel it and cannot feel it when I keep my necks normal. The size of this node has not decreased or increased. I had a neck X-ray and I had a mild tilt in the neck spondylosis. In the X-ray, nothing was visible. I feel normal nodes between the neck nerves.

I am taking Tylenol, but still, I have pain in my right ear. Please advise.
Hi doctor,
I have a weight of 242.50 lb and a height of six feet. My right ear hurts a lot for few days. I do not have headaches or fever. I took a picture of my outer ear to see what is going on there after having a feeling of some moisture on my finger. I saw some white wet stuff and it hurts like something is going to stab into my head. Currently, I am taking Tylenol for having pain relief.
